Grilled Seafood & Shrimp Skewers with Oriental Grilled Vegetables

Instructions:

Remove seafood skewers from packaging and thaw quickly with cold water. Rinse defrosted skewers and pat dry.

Cut the grilled vegetables into 1 cm thick slices. Then mix together the BBQ grill marinade in a bowl. Place the sliced vegetables and skewers in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over them and rub it in with your hands on all sides – at least let it soak in for 10 minutes.

Place everything on the grill (or in a large skillet) and turn several times. The skewers and veggies are done when they start to brown slightly and the veggies start to soften.

Serve with white bread – briefly toasted on the grill.
