For the ham and meatballs casserole, cook the meatballs and strain. Cut the onion into small pieces and sauté in oil. Cut ham into small sticks.

Mix the cooled meatballs with ham, onion, eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
