Ham Fritters

Cook the Fleckerl according to the package instructions.

In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Portion the ham into small pieces as well. Peel the garlic and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Now heat a large frying pan with some olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté briefly. Add onion and ham pieces and sauté.

Mix whipping cream and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.

Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop.

Pour the finished Fleckerln with the cream-whipped cream mixture and mix well. Taste again and season if necessary.

Before serving, sprinkle the ham patties with the chopped parsley.
