For the ham ring cake, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Finely dice the ham. Crumble the yeast. Put the flour in a bowl.

Add the ham, yeast, eggs, olive oil, white wine and Emmentaler and then mix everything well with your hands.

Pour the mixture into a cake pan. Bake for about 1 hour. (Test with chopsticks!)
