Stir through sugar, orange juice and olive oil. Fold in cinnamon and hazelnuts. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder, add to nut mixture form, knead by hand to a dough. If necessary, add a little more flour, the dough should not stick.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Oil a large baking tray.

Divide the dough into 50 g portions, form a 15 cm long roll from each portion, close it into a ring and press it well together. Place on the second rack from the bottom and bake at 180 °C for 20 to 30 minutes.
