Instructions:

For the hazelnut slices with cinnamon cream, beat the eggs with the soft butter and powdered sugar until creamy, then add the flour, hazelnuts and baking powder and mix well.

Spread the dough on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C top-bottom heat for about 30-40 minutes until light.

For the cream, whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Mix sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice well. Mix the sour cream mixture into the cream.

Spread the cream on the cooled cake and sprinkle with cinnamon. Divide the hazelnut slices with cream and serve.
