For the savory tortelloni pie, cook the tortelloni according to package directions, pour into a colander, rinse with cold water and drain well.

In the meantime, clean and trim the leeks, peppers and zucchini, cut them into very small pieces and mix everything in a bowl. Peel the garlic, chop it finely and add it.

Salt and pepper the vegetables. Beat eggs, whisk with whipped cream, add herbs. Brush a cake pan, 20 cm in diameter, with butter.

Place the drained tortelloni on the bottom. Spread the vegetables all around. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, cut them into slices and place them on top of the vegetables.

Pour the egg mixture on top, sprinkle grated cheese over the tortelloni tart and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Remove the tartlet from the oven, free it from the baking dish, sprinkle with parsley, arrange on plates and enjoy with salad of your choice.
