For the chicken leaf salad, wash the lettuce well, spin dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the skin from the chicken leg, remove the meat and cut into pieces.

Wash and chop the leek and celery. Peel the garlic clove and press it through the garlic press to the vegetable pieces. Chop the fresh tarragon and add it.

Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and a little bit of freshly ground pepper, add the seasoned vegetables and the cut leg meat.

Arrange the chicken salad on a large platter by making a bed of lettuce and spreading the vegetable-meat mixture on top.

Finally, decorate with halved grapes and chopped walnuts.
