Instructions:

Melt butter in a small pot. Add the rice and cook briefly until translucent, pour in the soup, salt and add the corn and herbs. Bring to a boil once and then switch to lowest heat, cover and simmer very gently for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in the Parmesan cheese and then serve hot as a side dish.
