Instructions:

Finely dice the onions and cut the bacon into narrow strips.

Heat the oil (1) in a frying pan. Fry the bacon in it for 5-6 min. until crispy. After 3 min. add the onions. Extinguish with clear soup and vinegar and mix in the mustard. Cool the sauce, season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the lettuce, drain and cut into pieces. Cut radishes into quarters. Cut cheese into slices.

Toast bread in pieces in oil (2) and drain.

Mix all ingredients with the sauce, season and bring to the table.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
