Instructions:

Roast coriander, cumin and fennel in a frying pan until light brown (do not roast too hard or they will become bitter!).

Cool down.

Put all spices as well as the long grain rice in the cutter form and grind. Sift later.

If you want the mixture to be spicier…. add more chili peppers…

Tip: Stock up on high-quality spices – it pays off!
