For the horseradish soup, finely dice the onion and sauté in the butter. Let it take a little color, but it should not become more than yellow.

Then add the horseradish and the cream cheese and stir everything well. Pour in the soup, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season with pepper and lemon juice and whip with a blender. The horseradish soup tastes very good with fresh bread.
