Instructions:

Spread cottage cheese on two muesli glass bowls and add a tsp of honey to each. Cut apple in half, remove peel from half and grate onto cottage cheese.

Fold in with the honey. Remove the peel from the orange and fillet it. en and add the orange fillets to the mixed cottage cheese. Put on the table sprinkled with cashews and oatmeal.

Note: Tastes great with ‘just’ clementine and chopped almonds instead of cashew. Grow spicy honey like thyme honey. – Ph

Our tip: Use fresh thyme for an aromatic flavor note!
