Instructions:

The ribs are de-crusted, cut into flakes, softened in cold milk, well squeezed, coarse. Strained or possibly blended a little bit.

Cream butter and powdered sugar, gradually add the whole eggs and yolks, as well as the bread mixture. Whip the egg whites from the 2 egg whites, beat with vanilla sugar and mix into the mixture along with the breadcrumbs and grated almond kernels. Put the mixture into a buttered frying pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs to the height of two fingers and bake leisurely for about 20 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with a little rum, brush a half-centimeter thick layer of cranberry or possibly currant jam.

Prepare an egg mixture from 2 egg whites and 70 g of granulated sugar, season with a little rum and juice of a lemon and spread evenly on the jam layer so that everything is nicely covered together. Cover with sugar and bake briefly in a very hot oven (about 10 minutes) until everything has turned a light brown color. Then divide the portions with a kitchen knife dipped in water.
