For the ice dumplings, first remove the stone from the plums and divide them in half. Bring the water to a boil in a bowl with the cinnamon bark, sugar and lemon.

Add the plums and cook on low heat. When the plums are soft, remove them from the heat and let them cool down. Mix the crumbs with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.

Form the vanilla ice cream into a ball with an ice cream scoop and roll in the crumbs. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with plum roast.
