For the whipped rolls, cut the puff pastry into strips about 1 cm wide. Roll up these puff pastry strips overlapping onto special foam roll molds and brush with beaten egg. Bake the rolls at 180°C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. For the filling, whip the cream together with the cream stiffener and sweeten with a little powdered sugar. Fill the cooled rolls with the whipped cream using a piping bag. Finally, dust the rolls with powdered sugar.
