Instructions:

For the Indian Curry Chicken, first prepare the rice according to package directions.

For the curry chicken, wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into eighths (may be coarser). Wash and seed the bell bell pepper and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut corn on the cob into pieces as well.

Salt and pepper onion and chicken and fry vigorously in oil, add the remaining ingredients little by little and bring to the boil briefly and remove from heat.

Mix some potato starch with a little cold water and stir into the sauce, which is not boiling. Then bring back to a boil and allow to thicken, possibly adding some chicken soup cubes for flavor and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add lid and simmer on low until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender.

Serve the Indian curry chicken with the rice.
