Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Rinse the meat and rub dry. Remove the peel from the celery and dice. Rinse kitchen herbs, rub dry and chop finely. Set aside some thyme for garnish. Peel garlic, cut into slices and bring to a boil with red wine, herbs, celery cubes and spices. Place meat in warm marinade, cool and refrigerate covered for 6 hours. Peel shallots, remove peel from carrots, halve peppers, clean, rinse and dice the whole. Remove meat from marinade, season with salt and season with pepper.

Heat oil in a roasting pan, brown meat briefly and remove repeatedly. Pour marinade, add diced shallots, carrots and peppers and bring to a boil. Put meat in and steam in heated oven with closed lid for approx. 65-70 min (electric and natural gas oven: 200 °C / level 4, convection oven 180 °C ). Cook ribbon noodles according to package instructions. Rinse broccoli, clean, divide into small roses and cook al dente in boiling hot salted water for approx. 4-5 min. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Melt butter and toss broccoli in it. Add peeled tomatoes and Cremefine to the sauce, blend, boil and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cut roast into slices, serve with sauce, broccoli and pasta and garnish with remaining thyme.
