Instructions:

From the rose petals you need to pluck the flowers and cut away the white from the petal base.

Add the petals to the water and boil with the jelling sugar according to the package directions for “jelly”, do the jelling test and then stir in the rose water before bottling.

While still boiling, pour into clean, hot rinsed jars with twist-off lids and DO NOT CIRCULATE but simply wait for the lids to tighten.
