For the jelly, boil 200 ml of the milk. Whisk the remaining milk with the pudding powder and vanilla sugar, add to the boiling milk and bring to the boil once.

Then allow the pudding to cool, stirring repeatedly to prevent a skin from forming. Place the biscuits in a glass and drizzle with fruit juice. Cut the fruit into small pieces and place on top of the biscuits.

Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the cold pudding. Spread the pudding-whipped cream mixture on the fruit and let the Jell-O set in the refrigerator.
