Instructions:

Clean, rinse and chop the carrots. Remove the skin from the onions and chop. Drain chanterelles and asparagus, reserving liquid.

Sauté carrots and half of the onions in hot fat. Douse with water and vegetable water. Add clear soup and bring to boil. Cook for approx. 8 minutes.

Knead minced meat, rest of onions, egg and mustard and season. Form minced steaks. Wrap each with 1 slice of bacon and pin. Roast in hot oil, turning, for about 15 minutes.

Add remaining vegetables to the carrots and heat for about 5 minutes. Remove vegetables and keep warm. Pour whipping cream into vegetable water, let it boil and season. Bind with sauce thickener. Serve vegetables, sauce and minced steaks.

Serve with boiled potatoes.

Drink: cool beer.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
