Instructions:

Egg yolks, sugar and salt are stirred until creamy, whisk with the milk and gradually stir in the flour. On top, fold in the egg whites beaten to stiff peaks and bake the mixture in enough butter until golden brown.

Tear with the baking scoop or two forks. The finished Kaiserschmarren is dusted with powdered sugar.
