Cut the beef into smaller cubes. Sauté finely chopped onions in fat until soft, remove from heat, add paprika, stir and add a little water. Add the meat, season with salt and cook at a moderate temperature. Chop a clove of garlic with 1 g of caraway seeds and add.

Before the meat is cooked, add raw potatoes cut into small cubes, chopped paricas and tomatoes and fill up with 1 liter of water. Add salt and cook until soft.

In the meantime, knead a hard dough from 1 egg and as much flour as it will absorb, roll it out and pluck off small pieces and finally simmer in the stew.
