Remove the stalks from the tomatoes and steam them in water for a few minutes until soft. Strain the tomatoes and put the puree in a saucepan.

Clean the leek and cut it into fine rings. Remove the peel from the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Add both to the tomato puree form and simmer everything together for about 8 minutes on low heat.

In the meantime, rinse the fish fillet, remove the remaining bones and cut the fillet into pieces. Add the fish pieces to the soup and season everything with the instant broth and cayenne pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, stir in the sweet whipped cream and sprinkle the soup with parsley.
