Instructions:

Sprinkle the fish fillets with the juice of one lemon and marinate briefly. Boil white wine and water, season lightly with salt and add the fish fillets. Cook over low heat until tender. Cool and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix carefully with the well drained peas and the finely chopped herbs.

Stir the sauce ingredients well and fold into the fish salad.
