Rinse the potatoes, cut them in half and place the cut side on a buttered baking pan. Bake at 200 degrees in a heated oven for 20 minutes. Mix basil with Emmentaler. Pour in oil until it forms a thick mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the potatoes on the other side, put two small slices of garlic and one tsp of cheese and herbs on each potato. Bake in heated oven at 200 degrees for 5 to 10 min. Sprinkle with sea salt.
