For the kiwi cocktail, peel the kiwis, quarter them lengthwise and slice them. Cut the limes in half. Cut four slices from the limes for garnish and squeeze the rest of the lime.

In a pitcher, mix the lime juice, limeade syrup, 6 dl of cold water and the crème de menthe. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator.

Place the ice cubes in a food processor and crush, or place the ice cubes on a dish towel and fold closed. Then use a mallet to smash the ice cubes into small pieces. Divide the ice crunch among 4 glasses.

Pour the kiwi drink over it and garnish the cocktail with a slice of lime and a fresh mint leaf.
