Instructions:

For the dough, beat all the eggs with sugar until creamy and thick. Sift the flour and cornstarch into the mixture and mix gently with an egg whisk. Cover a small baking tray with parchment paper, spread the dough on it and bake in a heated oven (220 degrees) for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a kitchen towel sprinkled with sugar, cool. Place a heart ring on the pastry sheet and cut out the bottom. Place the heart-shaped base with the ring on a cake plate. Mix curd with orange liqueur, sugar and vanilla sugar. Allow gelatin to melt as directed and stir into mixture. As soon as the quantity starts to gelatinize, stir in the stiffly whipped cream. Mould quantity into heart shape and set for one night. Remove the skin from the kiwis, cut in half and slice. Remove the heart shape from the cake, cover cake with kiwi slices.
