For the kiwi jam, peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces. Squeeze the orange, pour the juice over the kiwis, mix in the sugar and leave to infuse overnight.

The next day, bring to a boil in a saucepan and boil for one minute until bubbly. Mix or blend well, pour the kiwi jam into clean jars, seal immediately and turn the jars upside down.
