For the scalloped kohlrabi, place kohlrabi in salted water and cook for about 15 minutes. Place drained kohlrabi slices in a greased baking dish.

Melt the butter, sweat the flour in it, gradually pour 250 ml of the kohlrabi water. Add sour cream and pour over kohlrabi. Add butter flakes and cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
