Remove the peel from kohlrabi, cut into quarters, apple untrained cut into quarters and remove, grate both with the coarse shredding disk of the shredding machine. Stir through salt, juice of one lemon, yogurt, sugar and pepper, season and pour over salad ingredients form, stir well. Grate radishes with the fine grating disk, cut chives into rolls with scissors, sprinkle both over the leaf salad.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
