Heat butter with sugar, vanillin sugar, honey in saucepan, stirring until lightly browned. Fold in cream until sugar mixture is dissolved. Fold in almond kernels, oat flakes, meanwhile make until a bound quantity. Make small heaps with 2 tsp. at intervals on a baking tray covered with wrapping paper.
