Instructions:

Soak bulgur for 20 min, drain. Add salt, minced meat, onion and pepper, mix ingredients for filling well, roast in a wide frying pan for about 20 min until hot.

With wet hands put a small mass of bulgur mixture in the half-opened palm of your hand form. With the index finger of the other hand press a hole in the ball, with a stirring motion of the finger widen the hole, the wall of the ball should be thin.

Fill with filling up to half of the cavity, then a blob of butter. Moisten hand again, close ball into ball.

Bake in hot oil until brown.

Alternatively, brush with oil and bake in oven heated to 180 degrees until brown all over.
