Preheat oven according to package directions. Cut baguettes lengthwise deeply but not through, unfold. Spread one side with ajvar. Cut cooked ham into strips and place on ajvar side. Cut mushroom into narrow leaves. Drizzle other side sparingly with olive oil. Cut shallot into narrow rings, place on olive oil side. Spread mushroom leaves evenly on ham, shape cheese over. Season with pepper and put in the oven. Bake in about 10 to 12 minutes, fold up and bring to the table in napkins.
