For the leek soup, fry the onions with the leeks in oil, add vegetable soup seasoning, salt and pepper.

Pour 1 liter of water and cook until soft, about 30 minutes, add parsley and blend with a blender.

Serve the leek soup with croutons sprinkled on top.
