Instructions:

For the lemon chicken with fennel vegetables, clean, wash and roughly chop the fennel and bell bell pepper. Cut onion into wedges, peeled orange as well. Leave the mushrooms whole.

Squeeze one lemon and collect the juice. Cut the second lemon into slices. Place the vegetables and fruit in a suitable dish and season with salt. Spread chili and olive oil over them. Mix once if necessary.

Make a spice mixture with the lemon zest and rub it on the chicken. Place meat on the bed of vegetables and roast with butter flakes at 180 degrees.

Arrange the lemon chicken with fennel vegetables and serve.
