For the scaloppine al limone, salt the meat and coat it in flour. Sear the meat vigorously, add lemon juice, soup and finely chopped capers. Let the meat steam for about 15 minutes.

For the mashed potatoes, peel the potatoes and boil them in water until soft, about 20 minutes. Strain soft potatoes and mash with a potato masher.

Mix in butter and milk and season with ground nutmeg and salt.

Arrange the scaloppine al limone with the mashed potatoes and juice and serve.
