Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Remove the skin from the onion, cut into cubes and sauté in hot oil in a casserole.

Add the grated coconut, lentils, lentil sprouts and pine nuts and sauté briefly. Season to taste with the spices and let it boil once.

Fill the mixture into a greased baking dish. Mix yolks and whipped cream and spread evenly over the top. Place the dish on the middle shelf in the oven and bake the casserole for 10 minutes.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all of a good dish!
