Instructions:

Rinse the lentils, drain. Dice meat, fry in hot oil.

Peel onion, quarter, fry briefly. Rinse soup vegetables and potatoes, clean, cut off. Add to the meat. Add water, spices and vinegar. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes. Add lentils and sausage slices. Cook for another 10 minutes. Season the stew with spices.

Garnish with parsley if desired.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
