For my light pasta salad, cook the croissants al dente, strain and drain well, refrigerate.

Chop the cucumber and extra sausage, grate the cheese and strain the corn. Mix everything well with the cooled croissants. Season with salt, pepper, herb salt and spices to taste (e.g. marjoram, oregano, basil).

Dump the mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream and crème fraîche over the pasta salad and mix thoroughly, then combine with the croissants and other ingredients.

Season everything well and let the light pasta salad sit well in the refrigerator/in a cold place. Meal!
