Instructions:

Mix butter and lard until creamy. Add sugar, egg yolks, lemon zest and breadcrumbs. At the end, knead in the flour.

Form small balls from the dough. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make an indentation with the handle of a wooden spoon. Fill with cranberries. Bake in a heated oven at 175 °C (gas mark 2) for 12-15 minutes.
