First, prepare a shortcrust pastry. To do this, knead cold pieces of butter with flour. Quickly knead in the powdered sugar and egg yolks. Let the finished dough rest for two hours.

Before you start cutting out the cookies, preheat the oven to 170 ºC hot air. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Dust the work surface with a little flour. Roll out the dough on it.

Cut out round cookies, cut out a star in half of the discs. Place the cookies on the baking sheet.

Let the cookies bake for about 12 minutes.
