Instructions:

Sift the flour onto a baking board and make a well in the center. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and egg yolks and mix with some of the flour to form a thick paste. On top, add the cold margarine cut into pieces, cover with flour and quickly knead into a smooth dough. Chill for 1/2 hour. Roll out to the thickness of the back of a knife and cut out slices (5 cm in diameter). Cut out 3 eyes from each half of the discs. Place the discs on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Spread a thin layer of apricot jam on the underside of the unperforated slices, sprinkle the perforated slices with powdered sugar and assemble.
