For the lion cheesecake, first prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients well and bake in a greased, floured baking pan at 170 °C for about 60 minutes. After about 40 minutes, cover the baking pan with aluminum foil to prevent the cake from getting too dark.

Allow to cool well and only then turn out. Mix the cream of yogurt and curd and stir in some yellow food coloring. Cut the cheesecake in half, spread thinly with the cream and top with the sliced strawberries. Now spread the cheesecake with the remaining cream, making sure that the surface is smooth.
