Instructions:

For the liver cheese sticks, peel potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in a little salted water until soft. Strain, mash, add butter and milk and whisk until fluffy.

Peel onion, cut into rings and fry in a pan until crispy brown. Cut meatloaf into sticks, fry in a non-stick pan until crispy all over.

Arrange everything together on plates.
