Instructions:

The liver and the finely chopped onion are thoroughly mixed with the egg yolk. The egg white is beaten to a froth. The snow, the spices as ditto the flour are mixed carefully. On a greased and floured tray the quantity is spread out and baked at medium heat in the oven. You cut into cubes and add them to the meat broth .

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to enhance your dishes!
