For the Liwanzen, first put all the ingredients for the yeast dough in a sufficiently large bowl, prepare a thick dough with a mixer and then let it rise in the oven (5 minutes 50 degrees, then turn off). On top of it briefly stir one more time.

Bake small light brown pancakes in a special Liwanzen pan or in another pan. Remove and keep warm.

Stir the powidl with spices. Spread one side of a pancake with the puree and place a second pancake on top. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar.
