Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Soak the beans the day before. Sauté the garlic, thyme and rosemary in olive oil, add the drained beans, fill with water and cook gently at a moderate temperature. Remove two thirds of the beans from the saucepan, reserve. Puree and strain the remaining beans. Clean and finely dice the vegetables. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Sauté all vegetable cubes in butter, add beans, pour fish stock. Bring to the boil, thicken with the bean puree and season. Fold in the finely chopped kitchen herbs and the whipped cream. Bring 6 l salted water to boil with carrot, celery and onion cuttings (from cutting the vegetable cubes), pour in the lobsters, do 4 min. Take out, cool and break out. Keep the lobster meat warm in the stove. Divide the bean vegetables evenly on hot plates, arrange the lobster on top and add the basil noodles cooked al dente.
