Instructions:

Cook a dough from the ingredients for the dough, rest a little, roll out on a greased baking sheet.

For the coating, whip the egg whites to egg whites, add sugar and hazelnuts.

Spread a thin layer of redcurrant jam on the dough and spread the hazelnut mixture on top, perhaps with a wet kitchen knife.
