Instructions:

For the love hearts, mix the soy flour with 10 tablespoons of water until smooth. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until foamy.

Fold in the soy flour and the spelt flour and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper to a thickness of approx. 1/2 cm.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. When hot, peel off the baking paper and cut out hearts.

Wash the raspberries and dry them on kitchen roll. Melt the milk chocolate and the white chocolate, each separately in a bowl, in the microwave.

Cover the hearts with the white chocolate or milk chocolate, decorate with grated chocolate of the other color and raspberries.

Makes about 20 – 30 love hearts depending on size.
